Every question stops coming to you.
In most trades businesses, one person knows how to price a job, why a quote was done that way, and what the SOP actually says. Usually that is the owner. Every question routes through them, and if that person is out, work stops.
Blueprint OS is a searchable memory for your business. It turns what you and your team know (customers, quotes, SOPs, how you actually do things) into plain files in your own cloud that your crew can ask directly, in your words. Any automation or AI tool you add later builds on top of it.
Two 30-minute screen shares to set up and train. $2,000, once. You own it.

Everything your team knows, structured for AI.
Without your shop's context, AI is guessing. Blueprint OS builds that context in, so every answer is grounded in how your business actually runs.
The answers already exist inside your business — scattered across inboxes, spreadsheets, and the heads of the few people who know how things work. They're just nowhere you can ask.
Scattered files in. Answers your team can ask, out.
Why start now?
It starts empty. It gets better as you feed it.
Blueprint OS starts empty. Every quote, email thread, and SOP you drop in makes the answers better. Within a few weeks it answers questions your team used to walk across the shop to ask you. The sooner you start feeding it, the sooner that happens.
↳ Every week you wait is a week of context that doesn't get captured, processes that don't get encoded, and twenty-minute answers that stay twenty minutes.
What it does on a Tuesday.
Six things a shop running Blueprint OS does without walking across the floor to ask the owner. Every one of them is grounded in your files, not the internet's.
The Monday brief
A short brief waits for you before the shop opens: what is on the schedule this week, which quotes are still open, which customers have gone quiet, and what is due.
What did we quote last spring?
A new hire asks the chat on the shop computer and gets the number, the drawing, and the notes on why it was priced that way. Nobody has to find you.
Voice memo to filed note
You record a two-minute memo in the truck and drop it in the Raw folder. It comes out transcribed, summarized, and filed under that customer.
The follow-up sweep
Every open quote and every customer with no reply in two weeks, in one list, with the last thing said to each. You decide who to call.
How do we handle this?
Damaged delivery, change order, a customer asking for a refund. The team asks and gets your SOP back in plain words, the way you wrote it.
Inbox triage
Vendor confirmations, customer questions, and noise sorted into a short morning list, with the ones that need you flagged at the top.
Scheduled routines run on your shop computer. Everything else answers when someone asks.
The anatomy of your AI Operating System.
One deliverable: the Shop Brain Foundation. An Obsidian vault that holds your business context, 28 pre-wired skills that act on it, and a custom chat your team can use locally. All running on your machine, on your existing Claude Code subscription.
Shop Brain Foundation
Blueprint OS organizes your scattered knowledge — customer history, SOPs, brand voice, internal policies — into one centralized Brain, readable by every person on your team and assists with every automation. You choose what knowledge to provide it.
Your team uses it through Blueprint OS Chat, running locally on the shop computer. Ask anything, get answers grounded in how your business actually runs. Every conversation saves back automatically, so the Brain gets smarter every day.
- One source of truth for every AI interaction
- Custom chat your team uses locally at the shop computer. Employees ask, they can’t break anything.
- Runs on your existing Claude Code subscription. No API keys, no per-seat bills.
- System owned by your team, not us
- Extend and grow it yourself, indefinitely
Twenty-eight Foundation Skills
Twenty-eight skills, wired at install. The six below run your shop directly. The other twenty-two work underneath them, so the Brain can plan, research, integrate, and check its own work.
- /bp-setupOnboarding interview that personalizes your vault with shop name, owner, key staff, services, and daily routines.
- /bp-digestReads PDFs, Excel spreadsheets, Word docs, images, and voice memos. Routes each file to the right vault folder with a structured summary — no manual sorting needed.
- /assistantEveryday vault helper for note creation, task tracking, and daily updates.
- /bp-operatorSchedules recurring routines like Monday briefings, customer follow-up sweeps, and inbox triage.
- /bp-optimizerRun it weekly. Surfaces what's drifting, what's broken, and what to clean up first.
- /bp-evolverRuns in the background. As your vault grows, it spots patterns and connections you'd miss reading note by note.
The Brain calls these automatically. You'll never run them by name — you'll feel them every time it plans a multi-step task, audits its own work, or asks the right question before acting.
Seed. Ask. Automate. Improve.
One hour of guided setup with us gets you live. From there, four moves turn a folder of scattered files into the brain your shop runs on.
Seed the Brain
Two 30-minute screen shares with us — setup, then training — and your Brain is live on your machine. Then you feed it: drop past quotes, email threads, voice memos, and SOPs into the Raw inbox, and /bp-digest files each one where it belongs. The more you seed, the smarter every answer.
Ask it anything
Double-click the Blueprint OS Chat icon and your custom chat opens locally in your browser. Anyone in the shop can ask — what you quoted last spring, how that job was run, what the SOP actually says — and get answers grounded in your business, not the internet’s.
Automate the routine
Use /bp-operator to put recurring work on a schedule: Monday-morning briefings, customer follow-up sweeps, inbox triage, the weekly brief. Set them once, they run on their own.
Let it get better
Every conversation saves back to the vault. Every file adds context. /bp-optimizer keeps it healthy, and /bp-evolver spots patterns you’d miss. The memory at month six answers questions the day-one version couldn’t.

The questions every operator asks.
We've heard them on every call. The honest answers are below, including the ones about your data.
I’m not technical. Is this going to be over my head?
You do not do the setup alone. We set it up with you on a screen share, then train your team on running it. You don’t need to know what a terminal is.
What does it cost per month?
Nothing from Blueprint IT. Blueprint OS runs on your own Claude subscription. Claude Pro ($20/month) is plenty to start. Upgrade to Claude Max ($100/month) only if daily use outgrows it.
Does it run on its own?
The routines you schedule, like the Monday brief and the follow-up sweep, run on their own on the shop computer. Everything else answers when someone asks it a question.
I’m a one-person shop. Is this still for me?
Yes. A one-person shop has the most knowledge in one head, so it has the most to gain from writing it down somewhere that answers back. The price is the same.
What can it see?
Only what you put in the vault folder. It does not crawl your email, your drives, or your accounting. You drop in the quotes, threads, and files you want it to know, and nothing else.
Can Blueprint IT see my business data?
No. The vault lives on your machine and in your own Dropbox, iCloud, or OneDrive. We never hold a copy, and there is no Blueprint IT server in the loop.
Is my data used to train AI?
Your questions go from your machine to Anthropic under your own Claude account, not through us. Whether Anthropic may use your conversations for training is a setting in that account. We show you where it is during setup so you can turn it off.
What if Blueprint IT disappears?
Your vault, the installer, the skills, and the chat are all yours after install. Your operating system doesn’t depend on us being around.
Blueprint OS was built by Glenn Chua at Blueprint IT, developed from inside a working small business.
Glenn owns and operates Obsessed Closets in Wake Forest, North Carolina, and spent years at Verizon Managed Services and Cisco Systems before that. Blueprint IT grew out of automating his own operations: other owners asked for the same systems, and the consultancy now builds for businesses from one person to thirty-five.
Blueprint OS exists because the answers in a small business live in inboxes, scattered files, and the heads of a few veteran employees. Get them into one place your team can ask, and every AI tool you add afterward has something real to work from.
