Includes a 30-minute setup session and a 30-minute training session with us. Runs on your own Claude account (about $20 a month to start).
AI Assistant
For owners who want a helper for email, calendar, and quick questions, even when they are away from the desk. It answers questions, pulls up information, and handles small tasks around the clock. A customized implementation of Hermes Agent by Nous Research. Setup includes 1 email address and 1 calendar integration, plus 30 minutes of training. Additional integrations are quoted case-by-case. Running costs bill to you directly, not us: an OpenRouter account (fund with $50 to start) and a Hostinger account ($8–$24.49/mo depending on plan).
1-Hour Consultation
For when you know something is wrong but not which fix comes first. 60 minutes one-on-one with Glenn. Bring whatever is stuck: a lead you lost, a process nobody wrote down, a tool that doesn't talk to the others. No deck, no pitch. You leave with a plan you can act on this week, plus the recording.
What does "one-time" cover?
You pay once for what we build and install. Hosting and AI usage run on accounts in your name and bill to you. There is no retainer.
Could I just do this with ChatGPT myself?
You probably could. The work is connecting it to your email and phone, teaching it your business, and getting it to run on its own. If you would rather do that yourself, the $150 consultation gets you a plan.
I tried AI and it was generic.

Is my data safe?
Your files stay in your own Dropbox, iCloud, or OneDrive. We never hold a copy, and there is no Blueprint IT server in the middle.
